Wine tourism at its best while enjoying a good wine scent and its fascinating elaboration process.
Many tours are exclusively focused in visiting wine cellars or tasting wine but forget the most interesting parts of the process: the origins. We want you to understand the wine essence from the grapevine, beginning the tour directly with a walk through the vineyard.
BETWEEN VINEYARDS AND WINE CELLARS
At the vineyard, a guide will explain us the different grape varieties and each small curiosity about the harvest and the pressing. The wine is a handmade product elaborated with care, respecting on one hand nature and on the other hand its different stages.
At the wine cellar, we will go through all the rooms in order to know how fermentation and wine maceration processes work. 3 different varieties will later be savoured in the barrels room. Such varieties will be served together with a delicious selection of tapas, enjoying the explosion of flavours of a good wine-pairing.
THE BEAUTY OF RONDA
The experience continues visiting the picturesque city of Ronda, one of the most beautiful and visited cities in Spain. We will cross its Tajo and walk through its old streets with our guide in order to live the local environment and the magical narrow streets of its city centre.
FLAMENCO FEELING
We will enjoy a traditional flamenco performance. The flamenco venue will be full of magic with its groans, clapping and stamping, we will witness the art and charm of the already named Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. One of the most well-known traditions of our land which has been able to cross any border.
Before coming back to the hotel, you will have time to enjoy the famous gastronomy of Ronda mountain range, known due to its roasted garlic rabbit and its stews.
Without any doubt, it will be a ride full of flavours and passion to be remembered
for good in both taste and heart.
